Course Details

ELIGIBILITY: FAA CPL

  1. Minimum 10 + 2 educational qualifications (DGCA license requires Physics and Mathematics).

  2. Minimum 17 years of age.

  3. Good command of English (Read, Write,Speak & Understand): Minimum ICAO Level 4 required by airlines.

  4. Issue of I-20 for M1 visa.

Duration: 

Approximately 6-9 Months

RATING:

Commercial Pilot License (CPL Single Engine with Instrument Rating and Multi add-on)

 

INCLUSIONS :

All flight and ground training as mentioned. Total 170 flight hours tailored as per student.

Additional Charges (not included in the package) :

This is a guide of the additional costs to be borne in addition to the program cost for students from India and the Indian sub-continent. These things are to be paid by every student and are personal for each student. However, if a student wants to buy something on their own (for eg: headphones) can do so and the cost will be removed.

  1. I 20 Processing Charge: $500

  2. Registration Fees: $350

  3. SEVIS : $350

  4. DS-160 : $160

  5. TSA : $140 

  6. TSA Fingerprint: $114

  7. Renters Insurance (1 Year) = $665

  8. 3 Written : $175*2 = $495

  9. 3 Check-rides: $2000*3 = $6000

  10. Each Stage Checks: $200

  11. Medical: $150

  12. Headphones = $350 (David Clark)

  13. Jeppeson School (each stage) = $380

Training Cost:

  1. Cessna 172: $175

  2. Piper Cherokee: $175

  3. Seneca PA-34: Dual only = $440(380+60)

  4. Ground: $60

  5. Instructor Fees = $ 60

  6. SIM: $95(single engine) $125(multi engine)

Payment Terms:

For payment we have four installments which means you have to pay the package price for flying only in the following four installments described below. Any delays in the payment will lead to cancellation of I-20 and student status.

You can complete your flight training in $60,075 USD.

  • First Payment : $20,000 USD

After getting the visa approved

  • Second Payment : $20,000 USD

30 days after arrival in the USA

  • Third Payment : $10,037USD

60 days after arrival in the USA

  • Fourth Payment : $10,038 USD

90 days after arrival in the USA

Note :

  • Higher fuel prices may result in a fuel surcharge cost to customers. All rates are in US dollars and subject to change.

  • The School can ask student pilot to change payment schedule anytime during the training as per student’s performance.

  • Minimum $500 USD will always be reserved to maintain a positive balance

ACCOMMODATION:

Accommodation & transport not included in above cost.

NOTES & EXCLUSIONS (AS APPLICABLE):

  1. Pre-Flight and Post-Flight Briefings included in the package.

  2. I-20, VISA, SEVIS, TSA, Fingerprint, FAA Medical, Medical Insurance, written exams & check ride costs & travel costs not included.

  3. Additional tests, training, and check rides if required must be paid by student.

  4. Additional training costs may be incurred-based on student performance.

  5. Obtain ‘Initial TSA’ promptly after issue of US visa (M1).

  6. Good English language skills are necessary for training.

  7. Accommodation & Transportation is not included.

  8. Per stage hours reflect ‘Minimum time per student’ to complete various stages of training.

  9. Personal use training materials and equipment are not included in package prices.
